How do I create a protocol?
Open the Protocol tab in the app and tap "Build Protocol." You can search and add peptides manually, or use the AI Protocol Builder (Pro) to generate a custom protocol through chat.
How does the COA Checker work?
Enter a vendor's website URL and our system runs a 7-point trust evaluation — checking COA presence, lab name matching, continent logic, and more. You'll receive a trust score from 0–100 with a color-coded verdict.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store account. Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iOS device, or use the subscription management link inside the app under Settings.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings in the app and tap "Export Data." Your protocols, dose history, and measurements will be exported as a JSON file.
Does the free trial auto-charge?
Yes. If you don't cancel before your 7-day trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected plan price. You can cancel any time from your App Store settings.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore your active subscription if you switch devices or reinstall the app.
